1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Parrot.Productions or submitting information through our ballpark estimator or other forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services and Estimates
We are a full-service video production company. Any estimate, ballpark figure, or quote provided through our estimator tool or by our team is an estimate only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final pricing is determined by the scope of work set forth in a written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information. We may refuse service or remove content at our discretion to the extent permitted by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of Los Loros Productions LLC d/b/a Parrot Productions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written consent.
5. AI-Assisted Communications
Our team members and AI assistants may help review inquiries and respond to you by email, phone, or text. Communications may be AI-assisted. By providing your contact information, you acknowledge and consent to receiving such communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Text Messaging and SMS Opt-In
By opting in to receive text messages from Parrot Productions, you agree to the following:
SMS messaging program: By opting in to receive text messages from Parrot Productions, you agree to receive account-related and customer-care messages (for example: responses to your inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups) at the phone number you provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; after you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@lorosproductions.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with this Section 6, Section 6 controls with respect to text messaging and SMS opt-in.
7. Email Communications and Newsletter Marketing
From time to time, we may offer email marketing communications, such as a newsletter with blog updates, company news, or promotional content. Subscribing is entirely voluntary and separate from submitting an inquiry through our estimator. We will not add you to a marketing list based solely on your estimator submission or other service inquiries; you may subscribe only by affirmatively opting in. Marketing emails will include a clear unsubscribe mechanism, and you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link; we will honor your request promptly as required by applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act. Communications may be AI-assisted. Providing your email for an inquiry, estimate, or service does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails.
8. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Los Loros Productions LLC d/b/a Parrot Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Los Loros Productions LLC d/b/a Parrot Productions, its affiliates, team members, and AI assistants from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Los Loros Productions LLC d/b/a Parrot Productions regarding use of the site.
